Ms Ahmed listened with empathy and understanding of my problem when I had been miss diagnosed by a previous ent consultant from another trust. She gave me a thorough examination and told me immediately what my problem was and that I did need surgery . She listed me straight away and I was operated on within 2 weeks. My operation was a complete success I now have no pain or severe headaches and I have my life back. She was caring compassionate understanding and efficient, I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Very happy with the way I was treated by Ms Ahmed and the rest of the team. Not so happy about the very long periods of time one has to wait for an appointment which I know is nothing to do with the doctor.

Apprehensive about going into Lancaster Infirmary but found nothing but brilliant care from Ms Ahmed to Staff on Ward 33 (including Tea Lady). The builders cup of tea in Recovery Ward was the best ever. Thank you All Janis Wilson
